Shared PT is all about individualisation. We develop a program for you based on your goals and movement capabilities and you share a coach amongst a small group of people. Get the personalised feel of PT with the social aspect of groups. These sessions allow you to really focus on enhancing your movement to build a strong foundation of function by improving your mobility, strength and conditioning
Our group classes bring our community together so as a team we can work on improving your overall mobility, strength and conditioning in a fun, social environment. Our programming is meticulously designed across the year to get the best possible results. When you come regularly you’ll notice significant change which is demonstrated each six weeks in our Trophy weeks to benchmark your progress. We maintain small groups so our coaches can provide you as much attention as possible and modify exercises where necessary based on your needs, injuries and experience. This allows all levels to train in our group classes.
Training isn’t always about smashing yourself to exhaustion, it’s also about having fun!Our specialty classes allow you to do just that while also learning new SKILLS. Whether you do Gymnastics, Flexibility, Olympic Lifting, Yoga or Kickboxing, all of these classes will teach you valuable skills and awareness about your body while also improving your mobility and flexibility, strength and/or conditioning.
I have struggled the past year with early onset degenerative disc disease, which stopped me running after my first half marathon last year, but thanks to the coaches at FA and their expert advice, focus on movement and additional weight training to build the strength in my legs, I am finally able to run again. With a focus on form and technique, I’m lifting the heaviest weights I ever have been and am constantly challenged to try and beat my own PB’s which is a really important part of my training.
Since joining FIT ACADEMY and committing to a new way of training, I now move pain free and experience no lower back pain! My body feels lighter and now moves with so much more ease. At 34, I’m the fittest I’ve ever been and that’s all thanks to everyone at FIT ACADEMY!
I will say this again and again, there is truly no other place I've ever trained in that is anything like FA. It gives such a holistic approach to health, with sooo much knowledge and keeps improving all the time.
Before I found FA, I was always exhausted and making excuses for not wanting to train. Now I have more energy, I sleep better, eat better and it’s easy to see what a positive impact FA has had on my life; I’m just happier and healthier in general.

Since having two children, I struggled to consistently train. I joined FA in January 2020, with the push from a friend to just give it a chance and I fell in love with the place. I am still amazed that this community feel has continued through both sets of lockdowns. And now... I HAVE ABS!!!!
