At FIT ACADEMY, we offer a holistic approach to our members to ensure all aspects of your lifestyle are covered. We guarantee that our programs are as personalised as possible so that you can achieve your unique desired goals. In addition, we keep you accountable through our engaging community and coaches and increase your level of understanding through our education system.

CAN I TRIAL A CLASS?

Of course, you can! If you'd like to book a class, contact us through our website chat feature or email us, and we'll book you in.

Do I need to be a certain fitness level to join?

All levels of fitness are welcome. Our group classes are small and our coaches are very experienced in adapting programs for all abilities, experiences and even injuries or conditions.

I have never trained before, is that ok?

Absolutely, our highly qualified and experienced coaches cater for all abilities. We get you started by reviewing your movement then developing a plan to build strength and mobility

How big are the group sessions?

Our group sessions have a capacity of 14 members and our Shared PT sessions have just 4 members with each member having their own individualised program.

I have trained a lot before, can I just start?

Yes, you can get straight into it. We will still help you setting up your goals and movement plan then you can book sessions straight away.

What are the session times?

We have sessions ranging from 5.30am, 6.30am, 7.30am, 9.30am and 10.30am in the morning as well as afternoon sessions from 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm.

How long are the sessions?

Our group sessions are 45 minutes long, and our Shared PTs are 1 hour.

Are there any contracts?

Our memberships vary depending on the program you start on. We have 28 day programs, 8 week programs, 4 month and 9 month programs. Our normal memberships have a minimum term of 3 months as we know that is a time we can achieve amazing results for our members.

Do I pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly?

We have weekly direct debit memberships as well as paid up front options.

Do I need to set up a direct debit?

There are both direct debit and upfront memberships available.

What If I’m away travelling, can I pause my membership?

Absolutely, all of our members have up to 8 weeks of free suspension a year and additional time if it's medically related.

What’s the process if I need to cancel?

We have a 30 day cancellation policy after your minimum term, depending on which membership or program you signed up on.
