All levels of fitness are welcome. Our group classes are small and our coaches are very experienced in adapting programs for all abilities, experiences and even injuries or conditions.

Our group sessions have a capacity of 14 members and our Shared PT sessions have just 4 members with each member having their own individualised program.
Yes, you can get straight into it. We will still help you setting up your goals and movement plan then you can book sessions straight away.
We have sessions ranging from 5.30am, 6.30am, 7.30am, 9.30am and 10.30am in the morning as well as afternoon sessions from 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
Our group sessions are 45 minutes long and our Shared PT's are 1 hour.
Our memberships vary depending on the program you start on. We have 28 day programs, 8 week programs, 4 month and 9 month programs. Our normal memberships have a minimum term of 3 months as we know that is a time we can achieve amazing results for our members.
We have weekly direct debit memberships as well as paid up front options.
There are both direct debit and upfront memberships available.
Absolutely, all of our members have up to 8 weeks of free suspension a year and additional time if it's medically related.
We have a 30 day cancellation policy after your minimum term, depending on which membership or program you signed up on.
